Job Description

Document functional requirements and specifications related to developing ITO/OTR digital tools. Document product rules and define the user experience during the development and maintenance of ITO/OTR Digital Tools. Lead the effort with Factory personnel to define order handoff requirements. Lead the effort with Finance to develop costing models to ensure accurate costing at the quote stage. Develop and execute test plans to ensure desired functionality and quality of product configuration and other digital tools. Provide training and guidance to users of the tools. Work closely with both internal and external users to assess their needs as it relates to digital tools and the ITR process.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years experience in sales, quotation, application, project management, or product development

  • Strong knowledge of project management and project execution methodologies

  • Prior digital tool development experience preferred
