  1. Design and develop innovative automation solutions for clients in the Pulp & Paper industry.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of automation projects.
  3. Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
  4. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  5. Manage and oversee the execution of automation projects, ensuring adherence to project requirements and specifications.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during project implementation.
  7. Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation technology to drive continuous improvement.
  9. Train and mentor junior engineers on automation best practices and project management.
  10. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
  11. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout project execution.
  12. Proactively identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve project efficiency and profitability.
  13. Provide technical support to clients and address any concerns or issues related to automation systems.
  14. Participate in meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote ABB's automation capabilities in the Pulp & Paper sector.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering, With Specialized Knowledge In Automation And Control Systems For The Pulp & Paper Industry.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management And Execution, Specifically In The Automation And Control Field For Pulp & Paper Plants.

  • Strong Technical Background And Proficiency In Industrial Automation Software And Hardware, Such As Dcs, Plc, Hmi, And Scada Systems.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Automation Projects Within Budget And Schedule, While Ensuring High Quality And Customer Satisfaction.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Clients And Stakeholders.
