  1. Assemble complex electrical and mechanical components for ABB's innovative products.
  2. Test and troubleshoot assembled components to ensure they meet quality standards.
  3. Follow detailed assembly instructions and diagrams to accurately assemble products.
  4. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while assembling components.
  5. Collaborate with team members to identify and solve any issues that may arise during assembly.
  6. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with electrical and mechanical components.
  7. Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary components are available for assembly.
  8. Report any defects or malfunctions in equipment or components to the appropriate team members.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow.
  10. Continuously improve assembly processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Stay updated on new technologies and products to enhance knowledge and skills.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations at all times.
  13. Work collaboratively with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to ensure seamless production.
  14. Provide training and support to new team members as needed.

  • Strong Mechanical Assembly Skills: Assembly Technicians At Abb Should Possess A High Level Of Proficiency In Mechanical Assembly Techniques, Including The Use Of Hand And Power Tools, Reading And Interpreting Technical Drawings, And Following Assembly Procedures Accurately.
