Analyst - Payroll

Supports business process strategies for Employee Life Cycle to achieve efficiency, productivity, and improved control. Assists with implementation of key strategies and projects. Processes end-to-end payroll activities, including off-cycle payrolls and retro events. Ensures that all employee earnings and deductions are accurate and in compliance with payroll wage and tax legal requirements and ABB internal compensation policies. Performs reconciliations, audits, and internal control documentations. Completes Gross to Net calculations, provides communication, and processes recovery activities for overpayment process. Administers garnishments and partners with 3rd party vendor (ADP) to ensure garnishments are processed accurately and timely.
