- Develop and implement innovative solutions for advanced manufacturing robots, with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- Design and test mechanical components and systems for AMR robots, considering factors such as material selection, structural integrity, and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of design and engineering efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization in the design and operation of AMR robots.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in robotics, and incorporate new technologies and techniques into the design and development of AMR robots.
- Adhere to all relevant safety guidelines and regulations in the design, testing, and operation of AMR robots.
- Support the integration and commissioning of AMR robots in manufacturing facilities, and provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the performance and reliability of AMR robots through data analysis and testing.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In The Design And Development Of Automated Mechanical Systems.
Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With 3D Modeling.
Familiarity With Industry-Standard Safety Regulations And Standards For Automated Machinery.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Team Environment.
