In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing our receivable accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support decision-making and financial planning.   1. Manage and analyze receivable accounts: The Accounting & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate records of all receivable accounts, including monitoring and analyzing payment trends, identifying delinquent accounts, and working with customers to resolve any outstanding issues.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely reporting: This role will be responsible for generating and maintaining financial reports related to receivables, ensuring that all information is accurate and delivered in a timely manner to support decision-making and financial planning processes.
  3. Support decision-making and financial planning: The Accounting & Reporting Analyst will play a key role in providing financial insights and analysis to support the decision-making process and help drive the success of the company.
  4. Work as an integral member of the finance team: This role will collaborate closely with other members of the finance team, including the accounting, treasury, and planning teams, to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting and analysis.
  5. Maintain compliance with accounting standards: The Accounting & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for staying up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations to ensure all financial reporting is compliant.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements: The role will also involve identifying opportunities for process improvements in the receivables accounting and reporting process and implementing these changes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders: The Accounting & Reporting Analyst will regularly communicate with internal stakeholders, such as sales and customer service teams, as well as external stakeholders, such as customers and auditors.
  8. Uphold high standards of accuracy and organization: This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization in all accounting and reporting tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Accounting Or Financial Reporting, With A Focus On Accounts Receivable

  • Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Financial Analysis

  • Proficient In Accounting Software And Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
