Job Qualifications

  • Experience With Cnc Machining And Setup: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Operating And Setting Up Cnc Machines. This Includes Knowledge Of Tooling, Programming, And Troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge Of Cnc Programming Languages: A Strong Understanding Of G-Code And M-Code Is Essential For A Cnc Setup/Operator. This Includes The Ability To Read And Interpret Complex Blueprints And Engineering Drawings.

  • Technical Education Or Certification: Abb May Prefer Candidates Who Have Completed A Technical Program In Cnc Machining Or Have Obtained A Certification In Cnc Operation. This Proves A Solid Foundation In The Field And A Dedication To The Role.

  • Attention To Detail And Quality Control: As A Cnc Setup/Operator, It Is Crucial To Have A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Maintain High-Quality Standards. This Includes Monitoring The Machining Process, Making Adjustments As Needed, And Conducting Thorough Inspections Of Finished Products.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills: Cnc Machines Can Encounter Various Technical Issues, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have The Ability To Diagnose And Resolve These Problems Efficiently.
