Develops new and/or improves existing processes and equipment to improve quality, productivity and safety. Ensures implementation of manufacturing procedures according to company safety and regulatory standards. Collects, calculates, analyzes and prepares reports on production activities. Collaborates with other departments prior to, during and after project implementation. Troubleshoots, modifies and repairs existing manufacturing equipment. Develops PC based application programs for manufacturing and production control. Evaluates, recommends and implements capital projects. May establish time study standards for manufacturing operations.
