Strong Leadership Skills: As A Store Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Leading And Motivating A Team Of Employees. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Resolve Conflicts, Are Essential For This Role.
