  1. Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, setting and achieving sales goals, and ensuring proper store maintenance and cleanliness.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming shopping environment for customers.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall store performance.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to achieve sales goals.
  6. Train and mentor new employees, as well as provide ongoing training and development for current employees.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  8. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Manage and maintain store budget, including controlling expenses and maximizing profits.
  10. Collaborate with other store managers and corporate team to share best practices and achieve company-wide goals.
  11. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to recommend and implement innovative strategies for the store's success.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees and provide feedback for improvement.
  14. Maintain a safe and secure working environment for employees and customers.
  15. Represent the store and company in a professional manner at all times.
