- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs and inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient store operations.
- Continuously replenish stock and ensure that shelves are fully stocked.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking inventory shipments.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent product shortages.
- Communicate effectively with customers and fellow team members.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management as needed.

Retail Experience: Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Store Associate Role, Would Be Beneficial For This Position.
Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Store Associate At 99 Cents Only Stores, You Will Be Expected To Interact With Customers On A Daily Basis. Possessing Excellent Customer Service Skills, Such As Being Friendly, Helpful, And Patient, Is Essential For Success In This Role.
Cash Handling Experience: Store Associates Will Be Responsible For Handling Cash Transactions, So Having Experience With Cash Handling And Basic Math Skills Is Important.
Physical Stamina: This Job Can Be Physically Demanding, As It May Require Standing For Long Periods Of Time, Lifting And Moving Heavy Objects, And Stocking Shelves.
Availability And Flexibility: Most 99 Cents Only Stores Are Open Seven Days A Week, So Being Available To Work A Flexible Schedule, Including Weekends And Holidays, Is A Key Qualification For This Position.
