- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Restock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to ensure products are readily available for customers.
- Operate cash register and accurately process transactions.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Assist in receiving and stocking inventory shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and meet customer needs.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.
- Attend and participate in training programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and store operations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management.

Cash Handling Experience: As A Store Associate, Handling Cash Transactions Accurately And Efficiently Is A Key Responsibility, Making Prior Cash Handling Experience A Valuable Qualification.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management: Store Associates Are Responsible For Restocking And Organizing Merchandise On The Sales Floor, So Having Knowledge Of Inventory Management Is Important.
Physical Fitness And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: This Job May Require Frequent Lifting And Moving Of Heavy Boxes And Merchandise, So Physical Fitness And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects Is A Must.
Communication Skills: Store Associates Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Team Members, Both Verbally And In Writing, To Ensure Smooth Operations And Customer Satisfaction.
