  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and achieve financial goals for multiple store locations.
  2. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and develop strategies for growth.
  3. Lead and manage a team of store managers to ensure operational excellence and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  5. Conduct regular store visits to assess and maintain visual merchandising standards, customer service, and overall store operations.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  8. Identify and address any operational or staffing issues to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
  9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, landlords, and other external stakeholders.
  10. Provide regular and timely reports on store performance, market trends, and any other relevant information to senior management.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations and drive sales.
  12. Mentor and develop store managers to foster a culture of growth, teamwork, and accountability.
  13. Travel to different store locations as needed to provide support and guidance to store managers.
  14. Handle any customer complaints or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, train, and retain top-performing store managers and staff.
