- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability for each store.

- Ensure that all stores are consistently meeting company standards for customer service, cleanliness, and product availability.

- Collaborate with other Market Directors and corporate teams to share best practices and drive overall company success.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain management to ensure timely and efficient replenishment of products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant laws and regulations.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing 99 Cents Only Stores in a positive and professional manner.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and procedures, always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Monitor and stay informed of industry trends and competitor strategies, making recommendations for adjustments to stay ahead in the market.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership, providing updates on store performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Be an advocate for the company's mission and values, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Multi-Store Or District Level Role.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Marketing Strategies To Drive Sales And Increase Brand Awareness.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Store Managers.
Knowledge Of Market Trends And Competition, With The Ability To Identify And Capitalize On Opportunities For Growth.
