- Oversee the operations and profitability of multiple store locations within a designated market.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Hire, train, and manage store managers and staff to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
- Set performance goals for each store and provide guidance and support to achieve them.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and make strategic purchasing decisions to optimize product assortment and minimize costs.
- Monitor and control expenses to meet budget and financial goals.
- Collaborate with other Market Directors and company leaders to share best practices and drive overall company success.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among store teams.
- Communicate effectively with upper management regarding store performance, market trends, and any issues or concerns.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the market.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for improvement or innovation within the company.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Multi-Store Or District Level Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Sales In A Retail Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team Of Store Managers.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Focus On Driving Profitability And Identifying Opportunities For Growth.
