- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and growth in the Southern California region for 99 Cents Only Stores.
- Oversee and manage multiple store locations, ensuring they are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide leadership and direction to store managers and their teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Set and maintain high standards for store operations, customer service, and product quality.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all stores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and finance, to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and expenses are controlled.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for operational improvements and innovations.
- Act as a brand ambassador for 99 Cents Only Stores, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and representing the company in the community.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on store performance, sales trends, and market developments.
- Coach, train, and develop store managers to support their growth and advancement within the company.
- Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for customers by maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Increasing Profitability.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Multi-Store Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Customers, Vendors, And Employees.
