  1. Oversee the performance of multiple store locations to ensure they are meeting or exceeding sales goals and customer service standards.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability for each store.
  3. Collaborate with store managers to create and execute effective marketing and promotional campaigns.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain team to ensure stores are well-stocked with in-demand products.
  5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  6. Train and mentor store managers on effective sales techniques, customer service, and company policies.
  7. Conduct regular store visits to observe operations, provide feedback, and ensure consistency across all locations.
  8. Ensure all stores are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Communicate with upper management and provide regular updates on store performance, challenges, and successes.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable pricing and terms for products.
  11. Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform decision-making and improve overall performance.
  13. Work with the human resources department to recruit, train, and retain top-performing store managers.
  14. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote the brand and network with potential partners.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
