Job Description

As a Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store by assisting in the supervision of daily operations and providing exceptional customer service.   1. Assist in the supervision of daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  3. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  4. Act as a role model for other team members by demonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills.
  5. Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
  6. Monitor and maintain stock levels, replenishing merchandise as needed and ensuring accurate pricing and signage.
  7. Assist with receiving and processing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  8. Help to implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  9. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management as needed.
  10. Conduct regular store walks to identify any maintenance or safety concerns.
  11. Assist with scheduling and assigning tasks to team members.
  12. Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
  13. Participate in staff meetings and contribute ideas for improving store operations and customer satisfaction.
  14. Act as a key holder, ensuring the security and integrity of the store during opening and closing procedures.
  15. Maintain a thorough understanding of the products, promotions, and sales in order to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  16. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously improve the store's performance.
  17. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
  18. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
