We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Key Holder. As a Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store by assisting in the management of daily operations and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who is passionate about retail, has strong leadership skills, and is always willing to go the extra mile.   1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Assist in the management of daily operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping customers find products.
  4. Train and supervise sales associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  5. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  6. Ensure all products are properly stocked and displayed according to company standards.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Maintain and update knowledge of products, promotions, and sales to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  9. Oversee the scheduling and performance of sales associates to ensure a productive and efficient team.
  10. Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment for all employees.
  11. Act as a role model for sales associates, promoting a positive work ethic and customer service mindset.
  12. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve store performance.
  13. Assist in training and onboarding new employees.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the company's values and mission.
  15. Continuously strive to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Key Holder At 99 Cents Only Stores Should Have A Strong Background In Retail, Preferably With Experience In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.
