  1. Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Act as a leader and role model for store associates, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  4. Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restocking shelves and notifying management of any discrepancies.
  6. Create and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall appearance of the store and attract customers.
  7. Assist in the preparation and execution of sales and promotional events.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
  9. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and deposits.
  10. Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance store performance.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restrooms, break rooms, and storage areas.
  12. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, providing assistance and support as needed.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and punctuality.
  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Store Operations: A Key Holder Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Store Operations, Including Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Cash Handling Procedures. This Knowledge Will Help Them Effectively Manage The Store And Ensure Its Success.
