As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring the success of our store operations and contributing to the overall growth of our company.   1. Oversee daily store operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Train, mentor, and supervise store employees to ensure high levels of productivity, customer service, and teamwork.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to make informed decisions on restocking, promotions, and pricing.
  4. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  5. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and achieve store goals.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  7. Manage and track employee schedules, time off requests, and payroll.
  8. Collaborate with Store Manager to develop and implement training programs for new and current employees.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  11. Assist in recruitment and hiring of new employees.
  12. Prepare and present reports on store performance to upper management.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement within the store.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make strategic decisions.
  15. Uphold company values and promote a positive work culture within the store.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Assistant Manager Role In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Similar Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Provide Guidance And Feedback To Employees.
