Manages the planning, design and implementation of the Acquisition Integration program as well as scheduling, directing, and administering teams for in store change in control IT related tasks. This includes establishing SLA guidelines and policies and ensuring the newly acquired stores are onboarded within the agreed upon timeframe under the acquisition agreement. Ensures maximum protection of the organization assets and operations capabilities. Develops and implements business continuity plans that can be triggered in the case of execution issues during onboarding of newly acquired employees and stores. Brainstorm, plan and execute multiple projects concurrently and deliver them on time in collaboration with the Technology Manager and team. Act as an Agile product owner by breaking down projects into smaller chunks and prioritizing work for the team. Liaison with business stakeholders on a daily basis gathering requirements and keeping them up to date on status of various projects.
