
Supervisor Customer Service
Supervises, hires, trains, evaluates, and motivates a team of Customer Service employees. Provides day-to-day direction and coordination for the oversight of calls received from customers. Plans, prepares and devises work schedules, according to budgets and workloads. Coordinates work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements. Recommends and implements quality service strategies and programs to improve customer satisfaction and needs. Trains employees on department policies and procedures and ensures all employees meet and exceed Customer Service goals and expectations. Communicates with other departments and Management to resolve problems and expedite work. Ensures that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
