  1. Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  2. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service to all customers.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and keeping displays neat and visually appealing.
  4. Hire, train, and supervise store staff to ensure they are meeting company standards for customer service and job performance.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to make informed decisions about ordering and stocking products.
  6. Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure store environment for employees and customers.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with regional managers and other store operators to share best practices and improve overall store performance.
  9. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to make recommendations for new products and promotions.
  11. Maintain accurate records of store expenses and revenue, and report to upper management as requested.
  12. Continuously strive to improve store performance and increase profitability.
  13. Support company initiatives and participate in training and development programs as required.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Management: A Successful Candidate For The Store Operator Position At 7-Eleven Should Have Prior Experience In Managing A Retail Store, Preferably In The Convenience Store Industry.
