  1. Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner at all times.
  2. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
  3. Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
  4. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are always available for customers.
  5. Train and supervise store staff to maintain a high standard of customer service and store operations.
  6. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  9. Collaborate with regional and district managers to achieve sales and profit goals.
  10. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  11. Maintain and update inventory records and order products as needed.
  12. Manage schedules for store staff and ensure adequate coverage at all times.
  13. Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of store equipment.
  14. Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and company initiatives.
  15. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  16. Continuously look for ways to improve store operations, customer service, and profitability.
  17. Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  18. Attend training and meetings as required by the company.
  19. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  20. Perform any other duties as assigned by the store manager.
