  1. Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of products and supplies.
  2. Oversee cash handling and reconciliation processes to maintain accurate financial records.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
  4. Train and supervise store employees to ensure they are following company policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning common areas.
  6. Monitor and maintain product quality and freshness.
  7. Implement and enforce store safety and security protocols.
  8. Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  9. Collaborate with district manager to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  10. Handle vendor relationships and orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to make informed business decisions.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and hygiene.
  13. Conduct periodic store audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  14. Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
