  1. Manage daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  2. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  4. Train and supervise store staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks.
  5. Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels, ordering and restocking products as needed.
  6. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  7. Implement and maintain merchandising standards to attract and retain customers.
  8. Collaborate with other store operators and management to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
  9. Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions about product selection and pricing.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
