- Ensure the store is clean, organized and well-stocked at all times.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restocking shelves as needed.
- Follow proper cash handling procedures and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold food and beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following sanitation and food safety guidelines.
- Take initiative to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
