  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all 7-Eleven customers.
  2. Greet and assist customers with their purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and cleaning counters.
  4. Operate the cash register and handle all monetary transactions accurately.
  5. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Ensure that all products are properly priced and labeled.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for replenishment as needed.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those regarding safety and security.
  9. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings.
  10. Continuously strive to increase knowledge and understanding of products and services offered.
  11. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  13. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations.
  14. Keep up-to-date with promotions, specials, and new products.
  15. Efficiently complete tasks assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience: Store Employees At 7-Eleven Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis, So Having Prior Experience In Customer Service Is Essential. This Includes Skills Such As Effective Communication, Problem-Solving, And A Friendly Demeanor.

  • Cash Handling Skills: As A Store Employee, You Will Be Responsible For Handling Cash Transactions, Managing The Cash Register, And Counting The Store's Daily Earnings. Having Experience And Proficiency In Cash Handling Is Important For This Role.

  • Basic Math And Computer Skills: Being Able To Perform Basic Math Calculations And Navigate Computer Systems Is Essential For A Store Employee. This Includes Tasks Such As Inventory Management, Processing Transactions, And Using The Store's Pos System.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: 7-Eleven Stores Can Get Busy, Especially During Peak Hours. Store Employees Should Be Able To Work Efficiently And Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment While Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.

  • Availability And Flexibility: Store Employees May Be Required To Work Different Shifts, Including Early Mornings, Late Nights, Weekends, And Holidays. Therefore, Having A Flexible Schedule And Availability To Work During These Times Is Important For This Role.
