  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  4. Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
  5. Use problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Continuously improve product knowledge to assist customers with their purchases and make appropriate recommendations.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  8. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, following proper cash handling procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: Most 7-Eleven Stores Require A Minimum Education Level Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent For Their Store Employees.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Store Employee At 7-Eleven, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Having Strong Customer Service Skills And Being Able To Provide A Positive Shopping Experience Is Essential For This Role.

  • Cash Handling Experience: 7-Eleven Is A Retail Store And Store Employees Are Responsible For Handling Cash Transactions. Having Previous Experience With Cash Handling And Basic Math Skills Is Important For This Role.

  • Availability To Work Flexible Hours: 7-Eleven Stores Are Open 24/7, Which Means Store Employees May Be Required To Work Early Mornings, Late Nights, Weekends, And Holidays. Flexibility In Availability Is Important For This Role.

  • Ability To Multitask And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: 7-Eleven Stores Can Get Busy, And Store Employees Are Expected To Handle Multiple Tasks At Once, Such As Restocking Shelves, Assisting Customers, And Handling Cash Transactions.
