  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all 7-Eleven customers.
  2. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.
  3. Ensure efficient operations by restocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and processing transactions accurately.
  4. Greet and assist customers with their needs, including locating products and answering questions.
  5. Operate cash registers and handle customer payments accurately.
  6. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and cash handling.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  8. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling and preparing food and beverages.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Continuously learn about new products and promotions to provide customers with up-to-date information.
  11. Maintain a thorough understanding of store layout and product placement to assist customers effectively.
  12. Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  13. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
  14. Uphold a high level of professionalism and represent the 7-Eleven brand positively at all times.
  15. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  16. Maintain a positive attitude and actively contribute to a positive work culture.
  17. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and customers.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
