  5. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies to management.

  7. Provide knowledge and guidance to customers on products and promotions.
  8. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  13. Attend and actively participate in company training and meetings.
