- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a positive and friendly atmosphere.
- Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times, including restocking shelves and organizing products.
- Assist customers with finding products and making purchases, providing excellent customer service.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales, and inform customers of any special offers.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management when products need to be restocked.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the shopping experience for customers.
- Follow sanitation and food safety guidelines when handling and preparing food and beverages.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and store policies.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while representing the 7-Eleven brand.
Excellent Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Assist Customers In A Friendly And Efficient Manner.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.
Prior Experience In Cash Handling, Including The Ability To Accurately Process Transactions And Maintain A Balanced Cash Drawer.
Knowledge Of Basic Math And Computer Skills, Including The Ability To Use A Point-Of-Sale System And Handle Inventory Management Tasks.
Flexibility And Willingness To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays, As Required By The Store's Operating Hours.
