Job Description

As a Store Employee, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and ensuring the availability of our wide range of products. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and have a passion for serving others. If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you! No prior experience is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.   1. Greet and welcome customers to the store, providing a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly assisting customers with their needs and inquiries.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including cleaning and restocking shelves, coolers, and coffee stations.
  4. Ensure the availability of a wide range of products, including restocking and rotating merchandise.
  5. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and managers regarding any customer issues or store needs.
  8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and store performance.
  9. Be knowledgeable about current promotions, sales, and products to effectively assist customers.
  10. Complete tasks and responsibilities assigned by store managers or supervisors.
  11. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
  13. Participate in regular training and development programs to improve job performance.
  14. Proactively identify and resolve any potential customer or store issues.
  15. Promote a positive and inclusive work culture by treating all team members and customers with respect and dignity.
