- Greet and welcome customers to the store, providing a positive and friendly atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly assisting customers with their needs and inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including cleaning and restocking shelves, coolers, and coffee stations.
- Ensure the availability of a wide range of products, including restocking and rotating merchandise.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers regarding any customer issues or store needs.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and store performance.
- Be knowledgeable about current promotions, sales, and products to effectively assist customers.
- Complete tasks and responsibilities assigned by store managers or supervisors.
