1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.
3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, cleaning counters and displays, and ensuring that all products are properly displayed.
5. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure that products are restocked in a timely manner.
6. Follow safety and security protocols to protect customers, employees, and merchandise.
7. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and customer service goals set by management.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and maintain a positive work environment.
10. Attend training and development sessions to improve knowledge and skills in customer service and store operations.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
12. Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure store is adequately staffed during peak hours.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
