- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, cleaning counters and displays, and ensuring that all products are properly displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure that products are restocked in a timely manner.
- Follow safety and security protocols to protect customers, employees, and merchandise.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and customer service goals set by management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and maintain a positive work environment.
- Attend training and development sessions to improve knowledge and skills in customer service and store operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure store is adequately staffed during peak hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
