  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Ensure that the store is always clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  3. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, answering their questions, and resolving any issues or complaints.
  4. Operate the cash register and handle all cash transactions accurately.
  5. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services offered by 7-Eleven.
  6. Restock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness and availability.
  7. Keep track of inventory levels and notify management of any low stock.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security procedures.
  9. Handle food and beverage preparation, including maintaining food safety standards.
  10. Work as part of a team to ensure efficient and smooth store operations.
  11. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic at all times.
  12. Continuously seek to improve customer service and store processes.
  13. Handle any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Basic Educational Qualification Is Essential For A Store Employee Position At 7-Eleven. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Understanding Of Math, English, And Other Skills Required For The Job.
