Job Description

The scrum master will be responsible for overseeing the scrum and make sure the development team is adhering to agile methodologies. Collaborate with Delivery Manager and Product Managers. Facilitates all Agile development ceremonies. Work closely with developers to remove blockers and provide clarity for business requirements. Ensure that the Apps team gets the development / technical support necessary for the success of the team and the organization.. Enable team members for success via the application of scrum/agile methodologies and improve the efficiency of support and development teams. Understand the priorities and interdependencies of past, current and future work to ensure optimal outcomes. Act as the business analyst and point-of-contact to ensure a smooth transition from idea submission through scoping, design, delivery and project closeout.

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of related experience

  • Certified Scrum master preferred with experience managing large projects with geographically distributed teams

  • Should have a good understanding of the Scrum ceremonies and experience in Agile tools
