  4. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and counters.
  5. Monitor and maintain the quality and freshness of food products.
  6. Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
  8. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Stay knowledgeable about menu items, promotions, and special offers.
  10. Upsell and suggest additional products to customers to increase sales.
  11. Effectively communicate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
  12. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
  13. Follow opening and closing procedures to ensure the restaurant is ready for customers.
