Experience In Food Service Or Customer Service: A Restaurant Associate At 7-Eleven Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Restaurant Or In A Customer-Facing Role.
Knowledge Of Food Safety And Hygiene: As A Restaurant Associate, One Must Be Familiar With Proper Food Handling Procedures And Be Able To Maintain A Clean And Safe Work Environment.
Ability To Handle Cash And Operate A Cash Register: 7-Eleven Is A Convenience Store, And A Restaurant Associate Is Often Responsible For Processing Customer Payments And Handling Cash Transactions.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Restaurant Associate, One Will Be Interacting With Customers And Working Closely With Other Team Members, So Good Communication And People Skills Are Essential.
