  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by promptly attending to customer needs and inquiries.
  3. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  4. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area, including dining tables, counters, and food preparation areas.
  6. Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.
  7. Monitor and restock inventory levels to ensure availability of products for customers.
  8. Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy and honesty.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
  10. Communicate any customer concerns or issues to management in a timely manner.
  11. Continuously maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and company policies.
  12. Proactively upsell and promote additional items to customers.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members.
  15. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: The Ideal Candidate For A Restaurant Associate At 7-Eleven Should Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills And Be Able To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Ensure A Positive Dining Experience For Guests.
