Job Qualifications
  • Retail Experience: A Successful Market Leader Trainee At 7-Eleven Should Have Previous Experience In The Retail Industry, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of Store Operations And Their Ability To Lead And Train A Team.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: 7-Eleven Is Looking For Candidates Who Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Have The Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team Towards Achieving Targets. This Includes Effective Communication, Problem-Solving, And Decision-Making Abilities.

  • Sales And Marketing Knowledge: As A Market Leader Trainee, One Must Have A Good Understanding Of Sales And Marketing Strategies To Drive Business Growth. This Includes Knowledge Of Product Positioning, Pricing, And Promotions, As Well As The Ability To Analyze Sales Data And Make Informed Decisions.

  • Customer Service Orientation: 7-Eleven Is Known For Its Exceptional Customer Service, And The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Customer-Centric Mindset.
