  1. Greet and welcome customers to 7-Eleven, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or issues.
  3. Learn and understand 7-Eleven's company culture and values.
  4. Participate in training programs to gain knowledge and skills in retail operations and management.
  5. Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales tracking, and cash handling.
  6. Learn and implement company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  7. Collaborate with store team members to achieve store goals and targets.
  8. Adapt to changing business needs and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  9. Act as a role model for store team members by demonstrating a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
  11. Communicate effectively with store management and corporate teams, providing updates and suggestions for improvement.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  13. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the products and services offered by 7-Eleven.
  14. Display a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
  15. Attend and actively participate in meetings and training sessions.
  16. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  17. Take initiative to identify and implement new ideas and strategies to improve store performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Market Leader Trainee, You Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Store Locations And Managing A Team Of Employees. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Motivate Team Members, And Make Strategic Decisions.

  • Retail Experience: Prior Experience In The Retail Industry, Preferably In A Supervisory Role, Is Highly Desirable For This Position. This Experience Will Provide A Solid Understanding Of Store Operations, Inventory Management, And Customer Service.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In A Market Leader Trainee Role As You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Store Employees, District Managers, And Customers. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Necessary To Convey Information Accurately And Professionally.

  • Business Acumen: A Market Leader Trainee Should Have A Good Understanding Of Business Operations And Financial Management. This Includes Skills Such As Budgeting, Forecasting, And Analyzing Sales Data To Identify Areas For Improvement.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: Market Leader Trainees Must Be Able To Adapt To Changing Situations And Be Flexible In Their Approach To Management. This May Include Adjusting Store Schedules, Managing Unexpected Events, And Quickly Finding Solutions To Problems That May Arise.
