  1. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and increase profitability within assigned 7-Eleven stores.
  2. Train and mentor store employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service.
  3. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action as needed.
  4. Ensure inventory levels are maintained and products are well-stocked to meet customer demand.
  5. Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and encouraging employee development.
  6. Collaborate with district and regional managers to identify and implement new business initiatives.
  7. Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance leadership skills and industry knowledge.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the organization.
  11. Represent the 7-Eleven brand and uphold its values in all interactions with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  14. Maintain accurate records and reports on store operations, sales, and inventory.
  15. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of store employees.
  16. Collaborate with other Market Leader Trainees and share best practices to drive overall success within the district.
