Manager, Store Design

Manages a team of designers to develop and maintain the complete design and in-store experience of all new stores and remodels for the United States and Canada. Supports the testing of various initiatives and partners internally to support the needs of the organization (including remodels, merchandise platform expansions and merchandise/food testing). Manages external vendor relationships in areas such as Architecture, Signage, and FFE. Works to maintain and enhance the internal Store Design brand by building proficient working relationships across all categories and departments including Operations, Maintenance, Construction, Marketing, and Engineering. Provides recommendations and assistance to the Sr. Director of Store Design as well as other internal stakeholders. Manages internal customer expectations and satisfaction throughout the implementation of projects. Ensures internal customers are engaged and informed by providing clear and timely communication and documentation throughout all project phases.
