Job Description

As a Senior Manager - Cloud Infrastructure, this person will accomplish results through the management of professionals and integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Manages Enterprise cloud infrastructure engineering team. Provides technical oversight across systems and architectures. Provides a holistic view of the production environment for both technology and business management, working. Closely as a trusted partner for senior business heads. Provides guidance on feedback reviews with development managers, ensuring outstanding issues are tracked to closure, particularly long-term strategic fixes. Performs controlled resolution of incidents and problems including prioritization and escalation to relevant groups when appropriate, root cause analysis of all problems with follow-through to resolution. Requires awareness of audit and compliance related issues.

Job Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience

  • 7+ years of hands-on work within large scale cloud environment

  • Fundamentals of cloud infrastructure and demonstrated experience supporting very large-scale cloud environments.

  • Experience using call/ticketing software

  • Experience writing technical specifications is recommended.
