
Coordinator Store Support
Provides day-to-day direction and oversees the direction of the help desk; resolves issues, coordinates scheduling, provides coaching and mentoring to employees in assigned team; ensures compliance with Company policies and guidelines in the absence of other team leads and Management. Assists supervisor in the coordination and communication of 24/7 department responsibilities and activities and leads team in absence of direct supervisor. Provides support to multiple applications and platforms at stores and remote office locations for the following, but not limited to, point of sale (POS), security, inventory, credit/gift card troubleshooting, loyalty and fuel pump pricing issues Acts as a liaison between IT and Store Support. Identifies and corrects potential issues before the store is aware of the problem. Coordinates efforts with various internal and external partners when onsite resolution or outside department resolution is required.
Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
3+ years of experience in Tier 3 helpdesk support
Well organized with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Expert knowledge of all areas of support, including but not limited to, multiprotocol label switching (MPLS) communication
