Coordinator IT Infrastructure

Manages relationships between Speedway IT Infrastructure, MPC and all internal and external customers. Works with Infrastructure Management to review prioritization of IT projects and determines what employees’ areas of focus should be from a prioritization perspective. Develops detailed technical road maps for major infrastructure initiatives. Assists with scheduled periodic maintenance for operating system (OS) updates, software updates, configuration changes and maintenance renewals. Assists in asset management; maintains inventory and warranty information, maintenance records, software and hardware registrations and documentation. Provides status updates to peers and Management. Aids in generating contracts; ensures vendor partners comply with contractual terms and service level agreements (SLAs).
