- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner as they enter the store.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with purchases.
- Operate cash register and handle cash and credit/debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking merchandise and cleaning any spills or messes.
- Understand and follow company policies and procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Keep track of inventory and alert management when items need to be restocked.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and discounts to inform customers and increase sales.
- Continuously monitor the store for any suspicious activity and report any concerns to management.
- Work with a sense of urgency during busy periods to ensure customers are served promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Follow all safety and security protocols to protect both customers and company assets.

Strong Customer Service Skills: A Cashier At 7-Eleven Should Possess Excellent Interpersonal Skills And Be Able To Provide Friendly And Efficient Service To Customers.
Cash Handling Experience: Candidates For This Position Should Have Previous Experience Handling Cash And Operating A Cash Register, As Accuracy And Attention To Detail Are Crucial In This Role.
