  1. Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude upon entering the store.
  2. Provide efficient and accurate cashiering services for all transactions.
  3. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  5. Ensure all products are scanned and priced correctly.
  6. Assist customers with any product inquiries or concerns.
  7. Upsell and promote current promotions and products to customers.
  8. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, notifying management of any low or out-of-stock items.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
  10. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
  11. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to and resolving any customer complaints or issues.
  12. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and store efficiency.
  13. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shift.
  14. Attend all required trainings and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
