As an Assistant Store Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our store by assisting the Store Operator in managing daily operations and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.   1. Assist the Store Operator in managing daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  2. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  3. Monitor and maintain the store's cleanliness, organization, and appearance to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  4. Ensure the availability of products and restock shelves as needed to meet customer demand.
  5. Train and supervise employees on store policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  6. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and meet store targets.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Collaborate with the Store Operator to develop and execute promotional and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee schedules.
  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  11. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and product knowledge.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to make informed decisions and provide recommendations for improvement.
  13. Assist with ordering and receiving of merchandise, ensuring proper pricing and product placement.
  14. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  15. Support the Store Operator in any other tasks or projects as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
